You should expect to complete for new patient paperwork so we may learn more about you.  From there, we will take diagnostic xrays and the Dentist will do a full exam. Most patients will receive a dental cleaning depending on current conditions and diagnosis.

The typical patient should see the Dentist 2 times per year for routine checkups and cleaning.

Dental xrays are very common and considered extremely safe. Digital xrays have very low doses of radiation, producing just a fraction of what you are exposed to in other imaging procedures.

Root canal treatment is designed to eliminate bacteria from the infected root canal, prevent reinfection of the tooth and save the natural tooth. When one undergoes a root canal, the inflamed or infected pulp is removed and the inside of the tooth is carefully cleaned and disinfected, then filled and sealed.
